Taniesha Delph received her Master’s Social Work Degree at Fordham University. She passed her LMSW exam two semesters before graduating Fordham and took her LCSW exam one year later. Taniesha passed both exams on the first try and has successfully assisted social workers in passing their license exam.
Taniesha Delph also tutors freshman and senior social work students from different states and conducts workshops for various colleges, including Columbia and Fordham University. In addition, Taniesha provides support and guidance to individuals who are taking their Credentialed Alcoholism Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) examination, in a group, online, and individual settings.
Natalia Giraldo-Santiago became a tutor after identifying multiple factors limiting Spanish-speaking Social Workers to apply, test, and pass the ASWB exam.
Natalia assists Latin social workers to navigate the complex application process as well as to manage fears about exam content and preparation.
Natalia is now pursuing a Ph.D. in Social Work at the Graduate College of Social Work at the University of Houston. She is incredibly motivated to teach and assist Spanish-speaking social workers in becoming licensed.
